Built right, not just built cheap.

Most paving failures start underneath the blocks. Here is how our method differs from installers competing on price alone.

Correct ground preparation
We excavate to the right depth, remove soft spots and build a compacted hardcore and quarry dust base sized for the traffic the surface will carry.
Cabro laid on loose soil or a thin sand layer because it is faster and cheaper.
Drainage designed in
Falls, channels and outlets are set out before a single block is laid, so water leaves the surface instead of sitting under it.
No falls planned. Water ponds, softens the base and the paving fails.
Proper compaction
Plate compaction in layers, edge restraints cast before laying, and a final vibration pass with jointing sand.
One quick pass at the end, or none at all.
Right thickness for the traffic
50mm for walkways, 60mm for driveways and light parking, 80mm for lorries, petrol stations and industrial yards.
One thickness used everywhere, usually the cheapest.
Transparent quantities
You get a written breakdown - square metres, block type, base materials, edging metres, transport trips and labour - before work starts.
A single lump-sum figure with no breakdown, then extras during the job.
Clean handover
Site cleared, joints sanded, surrounds washed down and the surface handed over ready to use.
Debris and spoil left behind for you to deal with.
After-sales support
We come back to check the surface after the first rains and fix any settlement at no cost within the agreed period.
Once paid, the installer disappears.
